What is Form 502 "Advanced Limits Application"?

If you would like to increase your purchasing limit and buy a larger amount of cryptocurrency, you are required to complete Form 502, also known as the “Advanced Limits Application.”

Why Do You Need to Fill Out Form 502?

• This form includes a few simple questions about your identity, occupation, and source of funds.
• The purpose is to help us comply with international Anti-Money Laundering (AML) laws.
• We only collect the minimum information required by law to ensure your transactions are secure and legitimate.
• It is very important that all answers are truthful and complete, to avoid misunderstandings or delays.

What You Need to Do

You must both submit the completed Form 502 and complete the End Screen. You can choose one of the following two methods:

Option 1: Electronic Signature

1. Use the secure link provided by our customer support.
2. Open the form, fill it in online, and sign it electronically (we only accept digital signatures via RightSignature).
3. Then, complete the End Screen by fulfilling these conditions:

• • Holding your ID document in front of the designed frame on the form.
  • Taking a photo of the completed form with your ID visible in the frame.

Option 2: Printed Form

1. Print the blank Form 501 that was sent to you in PDF file.
2. Fill it in by hand (digitally filled forms that are then printed are not accepted).
3. Then, complete the End Screen by:

• • Placing your ID document in the designed frame printed on the form.
  • Taking a photo of the completed form with your ID visible in the frame.
